Ben & Rose
Ben and Rose Wood are the founding and senior leaders of the ROAR Church Network and its family of churches. Married for over 15 years, they are parents to five incredible children and are passionate about building both strong families and thriving churches.
Their leadership is deeply relational and empowering, shaped by a desire to see people grow into everything God has purposed them for. Whether they are leading pastors, developing emerging leaders, or walking with individuals through faith and life, their heart is always to call out potential and release people into purpose.
Alongside their ministry, Ben and Rose are entrepreneurs who run multiple businesses and host the WithTheWoods podcast, which offers honest and faith-filled conversations about family, parenting, business, and leadership.
They also lead Archegos Leadership, a development programme within ROAR that equips leaders with the character, competence, and calling to lead courageously in today’s world.
Together, Ben and Rose carry a vision to see churches revived, communities restored, and the Church in the UK roar again with faith, hope, and love.
Robbie White
Community Group Lead
Robbie is pioneering location pastor for our outdoor expression of church in the High Peak of England. After a career in teaching, mountain leading and also leading the Community Group model in Revive New Mills, Robbie leads TrueNorth.
Rebecca Markwick
Operations & Pastoral Care Lead
Rebecca is Operations Manager that oversees the central operations of our network churches. Rebecca has a operations head but a pastoral heart training to be an accredited minister she supports in every area of life in the church
Doug Brown
Governance Lead
Doug is on the Board of Trustees of our charity and also leads operationally at Revive New Mills. Doug has experience at senior board level of global companies and can be found as a Non Exec Director supporting companies and charities. Doug is able to support our network churches at board level.
Chloe Shivraj
Safeguarding Lead
Chloe is our safeguarding lead and has experience working across multiple church and para church organisations to ensure safeguarding is handled excellently to support one of our values of our churches being safe places for all people.
